This is just a quick post to share some VAMPIRE WALLPAPERS I made the other night using graphics from some old Vintage DRACULA Monster Horror Movie Posters! The images are really cool as a background. The titles are "The Return of Dracula" and "Blood of The Vampire"...Classic!
Today's post is sort of a trip down memory lane..... 1980's Style! Back in 1983, Warner Bros released a cool Vampire horror movie that has since become a total CULT Classic. We're talking about THE HUNGER, starring David Bowie, Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon. Shown here are some original vintage movie posters the WB used at that time to promote the film.
The basic story was about a few modern-day Vampires, set in the 80's, New York City. Catherine Deneuve plays Miriam, a centuries-old Vampire capable of bestowing the gift of immortality on her lovers. David Bowie plays her current paramour, John. For some unknown reason "John" starts to age very rapidly. It's at this time that he visits the clinic of scientist Sarah Roberts (Susan Sarandon), who had recently published a book on reversing the aging process. Now I don't want to give away too much of the plot. Basically, I'm saying this is a must watch for vamp fans!
One really great thing about this film is it's movie soundtrack. In it, you get to hear "Bela Lugosi is Dead" by Bauhaus. Please be sure to check out this amazing video of the original movie trailer:
OK, by now you know what a great Vampire movie this is. So, to celebrate here's a VAMPYRE wallpaper background to brighten your desktop, enjoy. Oh yeah, if you also look below it you can find a LINK BUTTON to get an amazing price on the recent DVD:

There's nothing better than Vintage Vampire B-Movies!! Here's a total classic, ATOM AGE VAMPIRE! This 1963 Italian film was shot in black-and-white and directed by Anton Giulio Majano. The Basic Plot: When a singer (Susanne Loret) is horribly disfigured in a car accident, a scientist (Alberto Lupo) develops a treatment which can restore her beauty by injecting her with a special serum. While performing the procedure, however, he falls in love with her. As the treatment begins to fail, he determines to save her appearance, regardless of how many women he must kill for her sake. OK, featured up above is an "ATOM AGE VAMPIRE" Wallpaper Background I made to brighten your desktop. Then, down below, is the entire movie video for you to watch. Don't worry, it's "Public Domain" so it's totally legal to share... enjoy!
Shown here, for your viewing pleasure, are these two Free VAMPIRELLA PIN-UP Wallpapers. We made last night to brighten your desktop's background! Of course we're talking about the classic comic book character created by Forrest J. Ackerman. Vampirella initially appeared in Warren Publishing's Vampirella #1 (Sept. 1969) and lasted until issue #112 (1983). This classic Black & White Comic Book, in a magazine-format, is famous for it's amazing artwork. The 1st Background is a recent photo of a real-life model dressed as Vampirella. Showing, that the character is still well loved by many fans! The next image is from a Vampirella Magazine Cover with artwork by Frank Frazetta. We hope you like them & please feel free to share these with all your friends!
